I totally love Sin. He is a unique, complicated character. Being Variant, Sin is strong and seemingly cold, but he finds love and starts to change inside. He does what he has to do to save his love, and some of what he has to do is force the sadistic female doctor, who the Variant have imprisoned, to give him information. it is revealing and heart warming to see Sin thaw on the inside. I love the Variant series and Sin is outstanding. Sandra R Neeley has done it again! This book made me angry at the unfairness of all that's been done to these once humans. My heart broke for what Peace had to endure. I was sad for Celia and Sin because her death would take them both out. This story had me on the edge of my seat and heart clenched....just waiting! Waiting to see if she lived. Waiting to see if he had to be put down. Waiting for Two to get his information. That waiting keep me turning the pages! I couldn't put this down from beginning to end. I think this is the best one of the series and that's saying because they're all GREAT.
